Land Registry Compliant Plans

HM Land Registry is now very specific about the content and quality of the plans that are required to accompany conveyancing documentation.

I specialise in producing new plans for the following situations:-

1. The sale of all or part (transfer of part, or title split) of a parcel of land.

2. The lease of all or part of a site or building.

Where land is being divided I can undertake a site survey to correctly position the new boundary.

3. Plans of unregistered land being submitted for first registration, including registration for probate.

4. The rectification of Land Registry title plans that do not match the situation on the ground.

5. The correct representation of complex situations such as easements and rights of way; and also flying freeholds (where one property is under or over another).

6. Determined boundary plans where a large scale high accuracy boundary plan is required for a court judgement or a boundary agreement.

As a chartered land surveyor, I am qualified and insured for all the above services, and I have decades of experience.
